Transfer Agenct Requirements:
- 5 or more years of experience in a Transfer Agency role
- Strong familiarity with transfer agency business, especially operational aspects.
- Understanding of industry trends, trading practices, and product offerings.
- Experience reviewing legal and regulatory documents, particularly Prospectus and Application Forms.
- Experience in client-focused roles within financial services.
- Essential knowledge of the transfer agency industry and regulations.
- Capability to multitask and remain composed under pressure.
Your Responsibilities:
- Ensure controlled and efficient delivery of new business to the Transfer Agency through robust procedures and processes.
- Manage projects from requirements gathering to sign-off.
- Review various documents and provide proactive feedback to clients by deadlines.
- Ensure timely completion of developments, enhancements, and setups.
- Offer and ensure understanding of standard Transfer Agency services to clients, addressing any requests appropriately.
