• Work closely with stakeholders to analyse and document project requirements within the strategic structure.
• Understand current challenges, the root cause, future state, and develop detailed future state designs, while working closely with the operating model design team.
• Coordination with cross functional teams, while liaising with project and programme leads.
• Conduct complex analysis of problems while aiming to continuously improve processes while supporting the change management process.
• Develop clear work plans that provide support to project and programme managers.
• Liaise with the business analysis team lead to further develop standards, tools and approaches.
• Significant analysis experience within financial services.
• Strong stakeholder management and engagement.
• Ability to express expertise in mapping, and reporting.
• Experienced in facilitating effective workshops.
• Excellent understanding of business analysis tools and techniques.
• Understanding of target operating models within the design process.
