We are currently seeking to hire a Transformation Senior Manager to join our Management Consulting team. Whilst you will have the opportunity to work across a wide variety of sectors, previous experience working with clients in the following industries is a requirement; Banking/Financial Services, Public Sector, Utilities or Healthcare.

• An earlier part of your career developing IT, Business Process Change or Change Management core skills
• Strong Programme skills - PM certifications would be an advantage.
• Experience of people development, coaching and mentoring team members
• A proven delivery track record leading Operational and Technology led Transformation Programmes.
• Previous Consulting/Client Facing experience.
• Experience working with clients in the following industries; Financial Services, Public Sector, Utilities and Healthcare is a requirement.
• Experience in Agile methods (Scrums, Sprints, Stand-Ups, User Stories) would be beneficial
