Since 2006, One Foot Abroad has created and sold walking holidays around. We have developed our flagship brand Follow the Camino™ and require great individuals who can help make the customer journey a success.
We are looking for a multi-lingual adventurous personable individual with character, skills, and stamina wanting to join an innovative Online Travel Agency and participate in its next growth cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maximise sales and margin
- Follow the company’s sales plan
- Responsible for the delivery of outstanding service and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Ensure delivery of quality proposals to maximize sales
- Create and maintain process flow and ensure they are followed
- Problem-solving
- Liaise with Customer service to deal with and solve complaints in a professional manner
- Take the emergency calls line at least 1 weekend per month
- Weekly and monthly Reports on agreed KPIs
- Keep sales and customer services tools and templates updated
- Liaise constantly with our Reservation team
- Give feedback to our product team
- Work on ad-hoc projects as required
- Update and maintain customer databases
- Share acquired knowledge with the team
- Take initiatives to improve general services to customers
- Suggest enhanced processes/procedures improve internal efficiency
The Person
- At least 2 years experience in the Tourism sector and/or in a Sales position
- Fluency in English
- Fluency in one of these languages will be a plus: German, French, Italian
- Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent attention to details
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good business acumen
- Ability to deliver within deadlines
- Great attitude with a willingness to deliver outstandingly
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent problem-solving skills
