As a Trust and Safety Expert, you will collaborate closely with your team to meet service level agreements, respond to user tickets promptly, and assess user activity for any potential risks to our platform. Your responsibilities will involve investigating complex situations, educating users on security best practices, and contributing to the enhancement of risk management models.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure timely resolution of user tickets and queues within service level agreements.
  • Educate users on the safe and responsible use of our client’s platform.
  • Investigate and escalate potential fraud or security issues.
  • Analyze account patterns and behavior to identify risks.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality throughout investigations.
  • Thoroughly document findings and maintain records of investigations.
  • Develop expertise in online fraud prevention and risk management.

 

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-2 years of experience within risk management, fraud prevention, or Trust and Safety
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in internet research and investigative techniques.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and technologies.
  • Detail-oriented with a calm demeanor in time-sensitive situations.
  • Fluency in another language is a plus.
