ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are looking for enthusiastic, creative, intelligent, outside-the-box-thinking, and motivated applicants to work in our Dublin Office. In SAP User Assistance we plan to provide more visual content and a more visual appearance of UA deliverables in general as we identified that our target groups need a broad variety of different help and learning formats (including multimedia assets) in a professional and modern visual quality. You will create multimedia assets such as videos, infographics, interactive graphics, etc. and assist decentralized UA teams to build-up their own multimedia experts. A successful candidate will have evidenced strong customer service skills, a design and creative mindset and an ability to deliver in a fast-paced on a professional level. The role will require flexibility to adapt to tasks, processes and requirements which reflect the global nature of multimedia productions.

Responsibilities in this role:
Production of professional multimedia content such as videos and graphics in the Enterprise Adoption unit.
Offering a service to smaller UA teams with not multimedia experience to produce professional multimedia assets.
Liaising with multimedia experts from other SAP User Assistance teams to shape a harmonized multimedia experience across different SAP product lines.
Identify future trends in multimedia to identify the upcoming formats that we need to provide to ensure best possible user enablement experience.

Education, core skills and competencies:
0-3 years of experience in design and multimedia
Degree (Bachelor, Masters) in Design or multimedia production from a reputed Design Institution
Background in interactive graphic and/or web page production.
Knowledge about Design Thinking and Customer Driven Design Methodologies
Deep knowledge of design and multimedia tools such as the Adobe Creative Cloud
Very good communication skills in English (oral and written)
Strong team player and comfortable working on own initiative
Strong (visual) storytelling capabilities
