Join our Utilities Industry Practice within Strategy & Consulting, where we help Ireland's leading energy system operators and utilities companies achieve their climate action targets. Bring your passion and experience to deliver ground-breaking projects, whether in energy markets or sophisticated program delivery. You'll support clients with a range of services, from industry consulting, strategic direction, to process improvement and technology transformations, while building your skills and driving energy transition goals.

Your background

  • Relevant undergraduate/master’s degree in a business, engineering, technical or economic field;
  • 4-7 years of relevant utility proven experience in a role helping to deliver climate action targets or the energy/utilities market, or 3-5 years in a consulting role, with experience in large-scale transformation programmes;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Focus on continuous development and curiosity about the latest industry and technology trends;
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, and maintain a value-driven approach;
  • Experience working independently and in diverse teams;
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment across a wide variety of projects and roles to deliver for our clients;
