Ux Customer Experience Designer

 

Description:

You work with Product Management and the Head of Product to build a UX strategy for our product suite.

 

The Key responsibilities of the role are :

 

  • Talk to customers and users of our system to deeply understand what frustrates them and how we can fix it
  • Map user journeys
  • Research customer requirements
  • Map customer experiences and flows
  • Optimise customer experience
  • Work with the R&D engineers to solve usability problems
  • Build wireframes and usability designs/flows
  • Track UX goals
  • Track UX trends

 

Requirements

 

To be successful in the role you will need:

  • University degree or industry equivalent in UX Customer Experience design
  • Deep understanding of UX principles
  • Digital product experience (2 years)
  • Experience mapping out customer journeys
  • Experience troubleshooting UX problems
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English
