As a Visual Design Lead you’ll own the creative visual design practice and delivery. You’ll be responsible for overseeing multidisciplinary design teams to create ideal solutions. You’ll collaborate with primary stakeholders, and work with program leadership to plan future projects. We are searching for someone special; a creative visual thinker, an eye for detail, the ability to grasp complex challenges, and the drive bring concepts to life in a highly engaging manner.

• Own visual creative quality, practice and delivery, driving visual design, branding, client innovation workshop design, experience creation, visual storytelling, creative brainstorms, visioning and creation of reusable assets.
• Work with a diverse range of like-minded people, from researchers to strategists to data scientists. Foster creative tensions to get the best outcomes from multi-disciplinary teams.
• Manage visual creative work, delegating tasks effectively, providing oversight, and assuming overall accountability for client deliverables and ensuring delivery of highest quality outputs.
• Bring excellent communication skills and strong design voice, with experience of presenting to senior stakeholders and at industry events.
• Are passionate about mentoring design talent and evolving design craft.
• Assess performance and provide career guidance and performance decisions.
• Develop creative visual approaches that lead to exciting, inspiring, and well-shaped work for the overall team.
• Grow trusted relationships with project teams, stakeholders & clients.
• Proactively spot client opportunities, grasp them, convince others of merit and bring them to life.
• Minimum of 5 years design experience, with 2 years lead experience in a creative studio or corporate environment.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience in creative Visual Design) with a portfolio demonstrating print and digital expertise.
• Demonstrate creative flair across layout, design, illustration and typography.
• Command of design applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Sketch, InVision) and proficiency in collaboration tools (Mural, Miro and powerpoint).
• Ability to work creatively within tight timelines and challenging briefs.
• Familiar with principles of design thinking, journey mapping, persona creation and rapid prototyping

The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely and in an Accenture office
