Visual Designer

Description:

Collaborate with the Strategic Design team, responsible for visual design for all service areas within Sales Excellence. As part of this, work on various transformational and strategic projects within multidisciplinary teams to create ideal solutions for users.

Be comfortable working in a start-up environment where you might bring your expertise to meetings with creatives one day, and strategists and salespeople the next. Strong ability and desire to work autonomously, proactively spotting opportunities and bringing ideas to the table. Leading all efforts within visual design for now and UX design in the future.

• Distill complex subject matter into simple and elegant visual design solutions for a range of target users and platforms
• Showcase the value of design in all its formats. Be the voice that represents the power of design and the value of applying human-centered Design Thinking mentality
• Adapt Accenture’s brand guidelines for Sales Excellence. Develop a design system, collaborate with, and educate the wider team on standard processes
• Collaborate with content owners and strategists on creative outputs and campaigns that drive adoption of Sales Excellence offerings
• Drive visual design quality and consistency on all outputs. Build design that balances business objectives and user needs
• Lead visual design efforts for Strategic Initiatives team; with high-level of collaboration with Change Management team
• Own visual design craft and capability output across key projects, ensuring each project result is of the highest quality
