Description:
Working on your own initiative and also being a key player in the warehouse team to offer solutions in a timely and efficient manner to the end customer to ensure all aspects of operation are completed with accuracy and quality.
Your Responsibilities
- Duties involve order picking, stock control, and general warehouse duties
- Completion and reporting of relevant paperwork
- Inspection of incoming and outgoing materialEnsure Picks are 100% accurate before departure of the product from the warehouse
- Ensure all customer orders are transacted smoothly and delivered
- Respond to all queries (by email or phone) in a timely manner with accurate information
- Completion and reporting of relevant paperwork.
- Labelling of product, loading and off-loading trucks.
Your Skills And Experiences
- Previous warehouse experience essential
- Full Driver licence is essential for this position
- Power Pallet, Forklift and Reach Truck experience and licences
- Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- ADR, IATA & IMDG Training desirable
- Proficient in SAP would be advantageous but not required
- Proven ability to deal face to face, over the phone and by email with our customers
- Good Distribution Practice knowledge and awareness
- Keen Awareness of Quality processes and procedures
