Description:
Our client based in North Roscommon require a Wedding Coordinator to join their team. This is a permanent role in the hospitality sector.
As a Wedding Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following:
- Handle any reservation requests and deal with guests in a professional manner and enter reservation into the system
- Liaise with each client on a regular basis to ensure that the expectations and demands of the customer are thoroughly met
- Deal with client queries and complaints in a friendly and efficient manner
- Assist with group welcoming and directing on day of function
- Presence on the day/evening of a function
- Ensure on a daily basis that each department is aware of any meeting or function occurring that day and that all requirements of the group are met
- Build and maintain accuracy of database and group profile information by gathering, verifying and recording information
- Ensure all folio balances and house accounts are monitored and payment & deposits are received

- Experience working in similar sales/marketing position
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with ability to prioritise workload
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good presentation & professional telephone manner
