The ideal candidate
- Proven experience in a similar role within a 4 or 5 star hotel
Excellent organisational skills and a strong eye for detail
Confident, professional, and welcoming with a guest-first mindset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Opera/Hotsoft or similar hotel systems
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
A flexible, proactive, and solutions-focused approach
Duties & Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for all wedding and event enquiries - phone, email, or walk-ins
Conduct property showarounds and consultations with prospective couples and clients
Coordinate all event bookings from enquiry to execution
Prepare and distribute detailed function sheets to all relevant departments
Ensure seamless communication and handover to the hotel's operations team
Achieve and exceed wedding and event sales targets
Represent the hotel with professionalism and warmth at all stages of client interaction
Follow up with clients post-event to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction
Maintain in-depth knowledge of all event facilities, packages, and pricing
Attend management meetings and contribute to the planning and success of each event
