In this role, you will

• Engage with customers to deliver an efficient and friendly customer service
• Avail of branch techniques to recognise/refer selling opportunities
• Participate in all sales drives within branch
• Coordinate the flow of customers to ensure an effective experience within Branch.
• Identify and recommend appropriate product/service options for customers
• Record/update relevant customer information on in-house systems
• Handle all basic queries/problems and refer complaints
