  • Manage an Irish Life Health corporate client in Trust & Safety
  • Build and maintain a strong client relationship
  • Provide wellbeing expertise when supporting internal stakeholders
  • Responsible for overall Health & Wellbeing Programme
  • Co-ordination of service provider activities
  • Provide a connected programme across all service providers
  • Ensure seamless booking of third-party providers
  • Promotion of programmes through comms, campaigns, corporate challenges
  • Host provider sessions & deliver educational sessions
  • Development of wellbeing content & resources
  • Deliver an effective engagement strategy
  • Data collection and reporting on programme effectiveness & uptake
  • Manage centralised reporting across all providers
  • Deliver an Organisational Assessment which measures effectiveness of overall programme
  • Evaluate programme through identify gaps, and protective measures
  • Overcome challenges and drive positive organisational change
