Your Responsibilities:
- Planning, budgeting and analysing performance against plan (working closely with the relevant teams)
- Development and co-ordination of a quarterly business review (QBR) programme for our key suppliers
- Oversight of the RE&WS supplier onboarding process and maintenance of the contract register.
- Establish an annual RE&WS communications plan with the support of the Internal Comms team that aligns with the firm’s overall internal communications plan.
- Driving efficiencies through automation and technological enablement to improve business administration procedures to align with the firm’s compliance procedures.
- Analysing available statistics and data to spot trends, predict demand and identify opportunities
- Planning future initiatives in line with our strategic objectives
- Main RE&WS contact for finance, procurement and marketing teams
The successful candidate should have
- Extensive experience essential with a combination of experience in strategic, financial, and operational aspects of organisations.
- Excellent communication skills – oral and written, excellent PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders and interact with all levels within the firm
- Ability to build tools, methodologies and processes to support teams
