Description:
Precision and Attention to Detail: Consistently prepare control activities in a timely manner (never missed), ensuring that the control evidence demonstrates accuracy, completeness, and the review date and method, while also considering data privacy aspects (able to identify and redact irrelevant data).
Communication Skills: Conduct follow-ups and prepare communications promptly, clearly, and concisely, while providing sufficient detail. Recognise which communications serve as audit evidence and archive them accordingly. Engage and collaborate with relevant Product Owners or team members (familiarity with our Workday delivery model is advantageous) on various tasks requiring follow-up.
Proactive Analytical Thinking: Monitor and identify upcoming regular tasks/events in a timely manner, initiating preparation or communication as needed, and following up on outstanding work items. Identify potential non-compliance issues, process gaps, and audit risks—taking prompt follow-up actions. Recognise when a control is outdated or has gaps, or when a process change necessitates a new control.
Individual Contributor: Ability to work independently without existing work instructions, willing to explore processes and create/document/update guidelines autonomously.
Individual Learner: Demonstrate a willingness to learn by independently exploring technical, process, and compliance-related areas in Workday or other associated systems.
Technical Skills:
Workday Reporting: Proficient in creating advanced/matrix reports and calculated fields without needing instruction.
Workday Security and Authorisation: Knowledgeable in security and authorisation concepts with the ability to analyse security configurations.
Workday Business Process Configuration: Capable of analysing business process configurations, actual business process events, and audit trails.
Workday Audit Reporting: Familiar with Workday object/event audit trail reporting and activity log reporting (understands the types of logs available and how to generate reports on them).
Workday Integration Knowledge: Understanding of the integration landscape, specifically Workday integration objects, with the ability to analyse integration event history, errors, schedules, and security settings (ISU/ISSG) related to integrations.
