As a Workfront Specialist, you will help clients maximize the value of Adobe Workfront by understanding their business objectives and providing strategic and technical guidance. Your expertise will drive meaningful business impact through tailored solutions that align with their goals.
What you'll do
- Be a recognized authority (by clients, partners, and colleagues) in Adobe Workfront.
- Understand the client's technical environment, business objectives, goals, and challenges to provide valuable advice for customer success.
- Effectively analyze customer challenges, identify possible solution options, and facilitate the presentation and review of the options and our recommended solution with clients and partners.
- Efficiently multitask, working across multiple client engagements simultaneously while driving key internal initiatives.
- Actively maintain the highest level of technical expertise by staying updated with the latest Adobe technologies through internally and externally available learning opportunities and self-study.
- Interact frequently with clients virtually and in-person - including interaction with marketers, analysts, web developers, and C-level executives.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Proven experience with Adobe Workfront, Fusion, and REST APIs.
- Understanding of workflow tooling, automations, and integrations.
- Passion for helping clients improve their investment in Adobe's solutions and achieve high-impact outcomes.
- Ability to adapt to and collaborate with a variety of partners in complex situations, employing strong facilitation skills while establishing credibility and trust quickly.
- Be self-motivated, adaptable, professional, and a champion of customer success.
- Ability to travel to customer offices within EMEA.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and one European language (French, German or Italian).
